Born in Small Town, Texas, Sim was raised as 1 of 5 children by a single mother.

Ms. Green was determined to make a good life for her children so as she worked full time she was also a full-time student at a local college.

Sim saw his mother’s determination and perseverance and from then on realized, there are no excuses…anything is possible.

Even though his grades were below par in high school, he was so determined to go to college that he met personally with the enrollment department at the University of Texas to explain his past and plead for acceptance.

It worked!

That’s when he realized he had the gift to influence people when he just spoke from his heart.

After obtaining his business degree he immediately became an entrepreneur.  He went into the real estate industry and owned a mortgage company, real estate investing company, a title company, and a property management company.

All companies were successful…that is until the fall of the real estate industry.

Sim lost it all; all of his businesses, his home, his car, and many friends.  He felt hopeless.

How could he go from a $750K bank account to $0?  He felt worthless.  He didn’t even have the desire to try something else…not even applying for a job.

He finally resorted to a contract labor job, pulling house beams at a new home construction site for $6.20/hour…in the heat of the summer in Dallas. His wages barely covered his gas expenses getting to and from the job site. That realization hit Sim hard and he was at an all-time low both mentally and physically.

That night he went online to Google.com and only searched for businesses where he could make a million dollars.  His dreams had always been big and he was determined that this set-back was not going to dictate his future. He found that million dollar opportunity and became very successful in it very quickly.

Not only has Sim broken many industry records and developed a team that comprises some of the top 10 income earners in the business, but he has made LOTS of money!  He’s on track to make multiple six figures and it will only be his second year in the business.

Sim has a distinct knack for connecting with the average person, determining their strengths and potential, and challenging them to realize their dreams, just as he had.

He’s known for his team-building techniques and has a proven track record for developing other leaders.
